CEMAR provides the market with its new line of distribution boxes with flush mounting and surface rear mounting models, no fuse (100A), innovating in design, in the size and in the facility of circuit breakers mounting.
The CEMAR distribution boxes with bus + general are suitable for the use as electricity and energy boxes, in buildings, schools, hospitals, commercial, industrial, residential facilities and they can be fit with American standard single-phase, two-phase, three-phase thermomagnetic circuit breakers.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

CEMAR boxes designed in the flush mounting and surface rear mounting are manufactured compliant to the most severe quality standards, having main versatile and practical features at the electrical installations.

Cover: Set formed by the frame, cover and door. The cover has a coupling allowing the installation with perfect finishing of several DIN/UL circuit breakers models as general key. It is made of a single welded part.
Box: Structure mounted with screws for attaching the mounting plate. It has neutral bus and earthing. All flush mounting and surface rear mounting models feature holes printed on the upper and lower part for passage of several-size conduits.

Mounting Plate: It can be removed off the box allowing the bench mounting of circuit breakers. Its attachment is made through screws existing in the box, allowing a perfect circuit breaker regulation at the cover. The place has a circuit breaker quick coupling system which facilitates their placing and removal, as well as a more secure attachment.

Electrical system: Busses dimensioned by NBR 6808 Standard according to the already specified amperage capacity. It has preview of circuit breakers as general for several existing brands in the market.

Installation: The flush mounting and surface rear mounting models have been designed for installation with power supply input from their upper or lower part according to the installation need.

FINISHING

CEMAR boxes feature an anticorrosive treatment on a chemical bath system (degrease and phosphatizing coating iron phosphate base).
Flush mounting:
a) Cover: Beige color (RAL 7032) power epoxy electrostatic painting.
b) Box and Mounting Plate: hot zinc-coated plated (galvanized)

Surface rear mounting:

a) Cover and box: Beige (RAL 7032). Powder epoxy electrostatic painting.
Mounting Plate: hot zinc-coated plate (galvanized).
