CEMAR distribution boxes with bus + general are suitable for the use as light and energy boxes in buildings, schools, hospitals, commercial, industrial, residential facilities and they can be fit with separating keys, American standard single-phase, two-phase, three-phase thermomagnetic circuit breakers for mounting on clamps.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

CEMAR panels designed in the flush mounting and surface rear mounting are manufactured compliant to the most severe quality standards, having as main features versatility and practical at the electrical installations.

Cover: Set formed by the frame and door. It has depth regulation, adjustable by means of screws so as the panel is perfectly leveled to the wall.

Box: Structure mounted with screws for attaching the mounting plate. It has neutral bus and earthing. All flush mounting and surface rear mounting models feature holes printed on the upper and lower part for passage of several-size conduits.

Mounting Plate: It can be removed off the box allowing the bench mounting of circuit breakers. Its attachment is made through screws existing in the box, allowing a perfect circuit breaker regulation at the mirror. The place has a circuit breaker quick coupling system which facilitates their placing and removal, as well as a more secure attachment.

Mirror: Independent part and the last to be mounted in the installation. Used for internal protection against direct contacts on the energized part, allowing a perfect circuit breaker finishing.

Electrical system: Busses dimensioned by NBR 6808 Standard according to the already specified amperage capacity. It has preview of circuit breakers as general for several existing brands in the market.

Installation: Flush mounting. This panel is symmetrical, enabling its installation with power supply entry from its upper or lower part.

Surface Rear Mounting. This panel is not symmetrical, enabling its installation with power supply entry only from its upper part.

FINISHING

CEMAR panels feature an anticorrosive treatment on a chemical bath system (degrease and phosphatizing coating iron phosphate base).

b) Box and Mounting Plate: hot zinc-coated plated (galvanized)
