Compliant with the market demand, CEMAR Detachable Panels have been developed within the up-to-the-minute technology. Its diversified types and accessories is compliant to POWER, AUTOMATION, DISTRIBUTION AND ELECTRONIC projects or a combination of those kinds.

Cemar’s Detachable Panels Line is consisted of three different models:
CPD-TE: Detachable Panel - TE-Flushed Rear Wall.
CPD-TS: Detachable Panel - TS-Surface Rear Wall.
CPD-PP: Detachable Panel - PP-Front and Back Door.

Technical Features

The CEMAR Detachable Modular Panels are practical and versatile. These features are accomplished by:
- Bend structure system that offers a higher mechanical resistance.
- Easy access to the equipment installed through all sides.
- Sliding system of the mounting plate, making easier the assembling even after the equipment installation.
- Mounting rails allow the assembling of the bars with screws, without being necessary to bend them, also being able to use them for heavy equipment installation, because they have an auto support bend system.
- Sliding Tray set on telescopic rails allowing the installation of heavy equipment with weight up to 50 Kg, making easier the access to the installed equipment.
- Wide range of accessories, such as:

- Assembling Rails, attached with screws on the panel door.
- Reversible Table Door for Notebook PCs or Tool Equipment.
- Document compartment made of steel sheet or thermoplastic material.
- Disassemble plinth base with height from 100 mm to 200 mm, making easier the access of cables through the bottom side.
- Bottom Cover and Cable Tie Bottom Cover.
- Rack Frame: fixed model (for panels with 600mm or 800 mm wide) and sliding model for 800 mm wide. These rack frames allow the installation of circuit breaker sets, which are consisted of din rail and adjustable supports for rail and front cover assembly.
- General Accessories: plates section, lateral support rail, scuff plates, upright, inserts between plates, connection joint, internal and external door with acrylic screen among others.

Protection Class: IP 54.

Finishing

The CEMAR Detachable Modular Panels receive treatment by chemical immersion (degrease and iron phosphate based bath) and application of powder based electrostatic epoxy paint, beige color (RAL 7032) on frames and enclosures, and orange color (RAL 2004) on mounting plates, plates section, scuff plate, upright, insertions between plates and mounting rails.

The paint application is done by state-of-the-art automatic equipment.
