The control panels - CEMAR offers a wide range of options and can be used on several applications, such as: electrical and electronic set protection, engines and machines command assemblies, distribution and cable passage providing security, versatility and design for your electric installation, in addition to protect users and prevent accidents.

These panels can be used on industrial, commercial and residential installations in addition to be recommended for wall mounting electrical installation in factories and warehouses.

Technical Features

Box: Control Panels are built in steel sheet SAE 1008. The set is made up of box, mounting plate and flange. They also have additional 15º folds which protect the box against water and dust penetration besides providing it with more mechanical resistance.

Mounting Plate: Made of a detachable steel sheet that allows bench equipment assembling.

Flange: Locate on the bottom of the panel, flanges are removable, facilitating the drilling and the passage of pipes or cables. Upon request, boxes may be provided with flanges on all sides of the box. CE/CS models are provided with rubber edgings for sealing.

Bolt: Standard with metal slot. Upon request, they may be provided with keys or gauntlets.

Door: Removable door and dismountable pins on hinges, thus facilitating handling and installation of equipment. Provided with rubber edgings for sealing.

Protection class: IP 65.

Finishing

The Control Panels CEMAR receive treatment by chemical bath system (iron phosphate based degreasing and phosphatization)

Mounting Plate: color: orange (RAL 2004), electrostatic epoxy painting.
Box and Lid: color: beige (RAL 7032), electrostatic epoxy painting.
