PRESENTATION

Cemar 19" Rack Box Line was designed to feature a broad range of solutions to the user in packaging data transmission, voice and telecom electric-electronic equipment. It is a compact product for easy organization and maintenance of the structured cabling networks. Applied in general on commercial rooms, shopping malls and offices, the 19" Rack Boxes provides a high finishing to the work ambient and warrant higher safety to the user. The launching of this product takes Cemar one more step ahead in offering a complete Installation and Communication system.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The new Cemar Rack Box line is made with steel plate. Both Box and accessory lines comply with 19" Standard for width and Unit "U" in height. Boxes feature an integral block structure, elliptic opening at the underside for cable intake / exit, lateral covers are easy to remove and are equipped with vent openings.
Reversible door, opens to 180 degrees, acrylic screen, key lock and grounding connection.
A complete accessory line encompasses: finishing plate, Cable organizer, connection gutter, Simple tray, Attachment dual tray, patch panel IU plate, vent Unit, Background mounting support rail, among others. The Unit "U"is equivalent to an access module and is 44.45 mm in size.

FINISHING

Cemar Rack Boxes feature an anticorrosive treatment on a chemical bath system (Degrease and Phosphatizing coating on iron phosphate base)
a) Rack Box: powder electrostatic painting with door with transparent acrylic screen, beige (RAL 7032)
b) Turret Rack : powder electrostatic painting, beige (RAL 7032)
c) Rack Cabinet: powder electrostatic painting with door with acrylic screen or transparent glass , beige (RAL 7032)
d) Accessories: powder electrostatic painting, color beige RAL 7032 or hot zinc-coated plate (galvanized).
